Request a Return
Access your account or the 'Order Status' page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the dust bags and authenticity cards are included, then securely seal the box.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated courier location; once our atelier verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
